Motorcycle Helmets with Tear-off Face Shields
Tear-off or rip-off shields are often found on track helmets and used to keep the shield clear. They’re layers of thin plastic film that are located between posts on the outside of the face shield that can be torn off to reveal a fresh, clean surface underneath. If you’re not a serious racer, you probably don’t need a rip off shield.
But if you are and you do, you’ll find all our helmet reviews of helmets that either come with a tear off shield or are tear-off ready on these pages.
