Other Brands

There are lots of motorcycle crash helmet brands that aren’t available in the US (yet!) and/or haven’t been DOT certified for sale in the US. So where we’ve reviewed a helmet that’s not available directly in the US, we’ve included them in our ‘other brands’ pages. Many of these helmets are excellent performers and may well be ECE 22-05 certified and even highly rated by the SHARP helmet testing scheme. If they’re not DOT approved though, they’re not legal to use in mandatory helmet law states.
